Pyongyang, North Korea - July 29, 2011: The Arch of Reunification is a sculptural monumental arch located in near Pyongyang, the capital city of North Korea. It was constructed in 2001 to commemorate Korean reunification. The concrete arch straddles the multi-laned Reunification Highway leading from Pyongyang to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).
