Description
Baked pears with walnuts and gorgonzola cheese. The pears have been sliced in half, seasoned with salt pepper and thyme and brushed with a small amount of olive oil, you can also add some cinnamon for some extra flavour. They have been baked at 375/180 degrees for around 15 minutes, removed from the oven the cheese and walnuts are added before being placed back in the oven for another 10 minutes or so, served with a honey glaze. Colour, vertical format with some copy space.
