'Brewmaster adding a bag of organic malt to a copper mash tun or kettle. The mixture in the kettle contains upto 700litres of water, hops, barley and rye. Micro brewery's have grown in popularity as people turn away from the mass produced beers that are produced by such brands as Carlsberg. They specialise in seasonal beers producing limited runs of specialist ales for Easter and Christmas with hints of liquorice, honey, herbs and spices present in the beer. They also produce more traditional lagers and ales often using only organically sourced ingredients. Please see my other pictures in the series.'
