'Berlin, Germany - June 14, 2012: Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin was the legendary crossing point between the American and Russian Sectors. The original border crossing station now counts as one of the most well-known features of a Berlin sight-seeing tour, along with the museum of the wall and the openair gallery. On the 13 August 2000 an identical remodel of the control station was constructed. The piles of sandbags are now filled with concrete instead of sand.'
