Description

'Electrical Outlet isolated with clipping path. This is a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) safety outlet. This type of outlet constantly monitors electricity flowing in a circuit, to sense any loss of current. If the current flowing through the circuit differs by a small amount from that returning, the GFCI trips, switching off power to that circuit. This helps to protect people from electrical shocks. Please also see:'
