Description
Honghaizi, Kangding, Sichuan, is 4,200 meters above sea level. It is located along Provincial Highway 434 in Kangding City, Garze Prefecture. It can be reached from Kangding via Mugecuo and continues up the mountain. It can be reached from Xinduqiao or Tagong Grassland via Kangding Airport. Honghaizi is still a niche attraction at present. It has clear water, blue sky, snow-capped mountains and grassland, and it exists like a fairyland on earth. You can see Yala Snow Mountain in Honghaizi, is one of the four sacred mountains in Tibetan areas of China. It is located at the junction of Kangding, Daofu and Danba counties in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan, with an altitude of 5884 meters, far opposite the Mordo Mountain in the northwest. The top of the mountain is covered with snow all year round. It is a famous holy mountain in the Kham region, where the Yala River originates.
