Classic animal depiction rock petroglyphs etched by Sinagua Native American Indians - dating to approximately 1200AD. Presumably a goat, or an elk, deer or perhaps a wild cat or rodent. The storytelling glyphs appear on Schnebly Formation Sandstone rock face in the Beaver Creek Draw, which was along an important travel route for the ancient Sinagua peoples traveling from above the Mogollon Rim. These early Native Americans inhabited the northern Arizona region between 500AD and 1400AD. Yavapai County, Arizona, 2013.
