'Pouring Swiss schnapps coffee from a Swiss Army gamelle at the Farmer's Market in Boltigen. Gamelle is a French word for lunch box, and describes the black metal container which is used by soldiers in the Swiss Army for heating, carrying, and eating food. The coffee contains a blend of several different schnapps made from apples, pears, and herbs. It has been prepared at the Farmer's Market in Boltigen, Simmental, Bernese Oberland.'
