Dajingshan reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir on the Fenghuang River in the north of the central urban area of Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. The reservoir was started in 1972 and completed and put into operation in 1975. The catchment area is 5.95 square kilometers and the total storage capacity is 17.1 million cubic meters. The reservoir belongs to the annual regulation reservoir, and its functions are salt water regulation, water storage, urban flood control and urban water supply.
