King Richard II of England reigned from 1377 to 1399. He was the son of Edward the Black Prince, and he came to the throne as a child of 10 when his grandfather King Edward III died. Richard's autocratic ways made him unpopular with his nobles and he was usurped by Henry Bolingbroke. He was imprisoned in Pontefract Castle and was murdered in 1400.

"King Edward IV of England reigned from 1461 to 1470, and from 1471 to 1483. The first Yorkist King he came to the throne during the Wars of the Roses, he defeated the Lancastrians in a succession of battles and was procalmed king. He was again breifly overthrown himself in 1470, with Henry VI returned to the throne. He regained the throne a year later in 1471, and this time he made sure Henry VI was killed.
