Gravestone of Billy the Kid. He was a famous outlaw and gunfighter in the old American West who killed eight men before he was shot and killed at age 21. He was buried at Fort Sumner, New Mexico. The gravestone is anchored to a stone with steel straps because it has been twice stolen and also vandalized. Fort Sumner, NM 05/10/2022
