Identification Underway of 104 Bodies in Unmarked Graves at Former Site of Brandon Manitoba Indian Residential School and Memorial. Current estimates are that there could be over 10,000 bodies in mass and or unmarked graves at former residential school site across Canada.

June 2021 Spanish, Ontario Canada This site is the former property of the St Josephs Indian Residential School for boys, Sitting on the shores where in winter some students would try to escape over the frozen lake, This school was demolished and a memorial park replaces the school. The Memorial (narrow and taller one) marks the actual point of entry into the former school.

Regina, Saskatchewan Canada 06/23/2021 Regina Indian Industrial Residential School Cemetery in Wascana Creek near Regina, Saskatchewan operated from 1891-1910. After which it was used as a jail and then later a home for delinquent boys before it burned down in 1948. 35 unmarked graves are located at this site and further searches are expected on the former school grounds. The one grave marker shown in these photos is believed to belong to the child of a school employee.

07/17/2021 Spanish, Ontario Canada - The girls school was closed and sold to some nuns. They in turn sold it to a private land owner who again sold to the current owner. In speaking with the current owners daughter, Mia (last name withheld for privacy) I was informed that her mother turned a section of the school into apartments in the early 1980's. Around 1984 a mysterious fire broke out in the rental units. Firefighters attempted to extinguish the fire but ran out of water. The residents all died in the fire including 2 young children. They are currently shocked by what has recently become public about this school and the former boys school which was located across the street. Although they expect to be approached about a grounds search, Mia says that they are surprised they have not already been asked. They had no awareness of these potential graves. The boys school has been removed and now a memorial park is where the boys school grounds used to be. A memorial stands where the original entry of the boys school was.
