Description
The Roman Catholic Cathedral on the town square, in the three hundred old Spanish colonial style town of Barichara in the department of Santander. The town located on the Andes in the South American country of Colombia, is very well preserved and the pride of the Country. The church, constructed of typical yellow stone available locally, is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and the immaculate conception; it is a landmark visited by every tourist to the town which is also a popular conference destination.
