Description
Arakogawa Park has been developed as a comprehensive park with a full-fledged urban greening botanical garden since 1979. In the park, there are lavender gardens, Japanese gardens, sunk gardens, multi-purpose squares, as well as sample gardens such as school greening, hedges, street trees, and park trees. The sample garden is planted with various trees and plants that can be used as a reference for families and schools. In particular, the lavender garden, one of the largest in Aichi Prefecture, is crowded with many people during the season when purple flowers bloom. In addition, about 1,000 cherry trees are planted mainly on both sides of the Arako River, and they turn pink in spring. This photo was especially taken close-up of pansy.
