Description
Asparagus tart made with baked eggs and ham. Use shop bought pastry, roll it out and lightly prick it with a fork, apart from the the last 2cm or so from the edge. Lightly bake this for few minutes then add a mix of cream and gruyere cheese to the pastry base, inside the border, add you washed, trimmed and blanched asparagus add the ham and break the eggs in between the asparagus stalks, bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees C and serve. Colour, vertical format with some copy space.
