Description
Freshly made latkes or potato cakes. These are made with, grated potato, white onion, egg, flour and some creamed horseradish sauce. Then the individual cakes are shallow fried in sunflower oil. It is important to strain as much water out of the potatoes as possible. Here they are served with, smoked salmon and a sour cream dressing with fresh chives and dill. Colour, horizontal format with some copy space.
