Description
Sate Ayam Blora, a signature dish of chicken satay from Blora regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Thinly sliced of boneless free range chicken meat and skin are threaded on bamboo skewers, marinated, then grilled on traditional charcoal grill. Served with condiments of shallots, crushed chili and sweet soy sauce, and also its typical peanut sauce, which is made from finely ground peanuts. The satay is also accompanied with yellow curry soup and staple food of steamed rice or rice cake.
