Description
Steel structure of the John A. Roebling suspension bridge at dusk, stretching across the Ohio River. It connects Cincinnati and Covington. The structure was designed by John A. Roebling and constructed in 1866. At the time of construction it was the world's longest suspension bridge. Roebling went on to design the Brooklyn Suspension Bridge in New York City which was completed in 1883.
