Description
Laolongtou is located 5 kilometers south of Shanhaiguan District, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, China. It is the east entrance of the great wall of Ming Dynasty. Laolongtou is also the only military defense system of the great wall that integrates mountains, sea, pass and city. In more than 600 years of changes, laolongtou has written a history of vicissitudes, providing a good textbook for patriotism. Laolongtou is 4 kilometers away from Shanhaiguan customs. In the Ming Dynasty, the Great Wall spanned high mountains, winding a huge dragon into the Bohai Sea, so the first of the Great Wall is called "old dragon head".
