Description
Interior arches, supporting girders and roof beams of the Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal building, also known as Communipaw Terminal. Built in 1913, this now-obsolete train station was a last stop in New Jersey for railroad train passengers headed to New York City by ferry across the Hudson River. The terminal is located at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ on the shore just across the river from lower Manhattan.
