Karl Marx Monument on the night of Sunday February 16th 2020, with its direct illumination as art sculpture and tourist attraction. It was made by Lev Kerbel in 1973 when the city still was named Karl Marx City. After the union of Germany, the city was named again Chemnitz, the third largest city of the state of Saxony in Germany.
