Characterized by giant columns and pilasters, the immense facade of St. Peter's (118 meters wide and 48 high), was conceived by the architect Carlo Maderno to complete Michelangelo's previous project and built between 1608 and 1614. The Basilica of St. Peter's, in the Vatican, is the center of the Catholic religion, one of the most visited places in the world and in Rome for its immense artistic and architectural treasures. Trastevere is an iconic district of the Eternal City, due to the presence of countless artistic and historical treasures, monuments and ancient Romanesque and Baroque churches, but also for its squares and alleys to be explored freely, where it is easy to find typical restaurants, pubs, small shops of artisans and scenes of daily life with the original Roman soul. Music corps during the evening processions in El Rocio, Spain. The El Rocío pilgrimage is the very famous, attracting nearly a million people from across Andalucia and the entire country, and beyond. The object of the pilgrimage is a 13th-century statue of the Virgen Del Rocio (Virgin of the Dew), in the town of the same name. The town of El Rocío is a sprawling, pretty Wild-West-style place. The pilgrimage takes place over the weekend before Pentecost Monday.

The Bucharest International Street Theatre Festival, also known as B-Fit in the street, is a great oportunity for both romanian people and tourists to enjoy a few days of happiness and freedom through street art. Some of Bucharest's main squares and streets (University Square, Revolution Square or Victory Avenue) become hosts for artists who make people dream and smile through music, parades or acrobatic shows. This year's edition of the Festival took place between the 30th of June and the 2nd of July.
