Traditional Mongol Ger is a portable, felt-covered, wood lattice-framed dwelling structure traditionally used by Mongolian nomads. They use them in steppes as moving houses and today in towns to. This one is from Suter, which is v small part of Bulgan, west of Erdenet in North Mongolia. It has two beds for parents and children, stove, cabinet and one place to wash when is cold. On top it has a whole for smoke.

Held together with wooden poles, the woollen felt & canvas covered gers can be packed up & moved quickly & easily. They are set up in different livestock grazing areas depending on the season. They are home to families who live together in remote locations, moving each season. An ornately carved door and patterned fabric along the bottom of the ger gives a personal touch to the temporary home.
