Description
"A mute swan floats in the middle of concentric ripples on the water of the Chesapeake Bay. They threaten bio-diversity. Introduced to North American in the 19th century, every year mute swans eat more than 9 million pounds of SAV (submerged aquatic vegetation)which provides food and habitat for Bay organisms. The Maryland Department of Natural Resources destroys mute swan eggs every year. Copyspace."
