Samson said, aLet me die with the Philistines!aA He pushed hard and the temple collapsed on the rulers and all the people in it. He killed many more people in his death than he had killed during his life. (Judges, Chapter 16, 28-30). Samson was granted great strength by God, which enabled him to wrestle with - and tear apart - an Asiatic lion which attacked him on his way to propose marriage.
