Chromodoris annae, also known as Anna's magnificent sea slug, is a species of sea slug, a very colourful nudibranch, a shell-less marine gastropod mollusc in the family Chromodorididae. Chromodoris annae can reach a maximum size of 5 cm length. The body is elongate with a foot which is distinct from the upper body by a skirt like mantle hiding partially the foot. The branched gills and the rhinophores are orange to yellow. The main background color is bluish, the intensity of the latter varying from blue-grey to intense blue, slightly speckled by tiny black spots. The blue dorsal side and the foot are bordered with a black line which can be discontinuous depending on the specimen. Chromodoris annae is found in the Indo-West Pacific region, from East Africa to Japan and Australia. It is a common species in shallow water, from the intertidal zone to depths of about 20 m. Chromodoris annae is a herbivore and feeds on algae. It is a hermaphrodite and reproduces by spawning. The eggs are laid in a spiral ribbon.

Chromodoris annae occurs in the tropical Indo-West Pacific from Malaysia to Marshall Islands in a depth range from shallow to 30m. Like all the Chromodorididae family members Chromodoris annae is a spongivore. The maximum length of Chromodoris annae is reported differently across various sources from 2 to 9cm. The variation in reported sizes can be due to individual growth differences, regional populations, or measurement methods. A total length of 5 to 6cm is likely for this specimen encountered in the Lembeh Strait, Indonesia. 1°29'2.448 N 125°14'23.55 E at 18m depth
