Curry Laksa, Peranakan spicy noodle soup from Singapore and Malaysia. Egg and rice noodles topped with prawns, cockles, fish balls, tofu, and bean sprouts in fragrant and rich curry broth. It is a very famous prawn mee (Da Dong Prawn Noodles) and one of the best prawn mee stalls. I finally tried it. This is a regular prawn mee but you can select bigger prawn. Also you can select a mix of the noodle type. I chose yellow noodle but it can be a mixture of yellow noodles and bee hoon. The broth is rather creamy. Not too spicy. Excellent taste.
